Reporting Absence

• If you're sick, stay home and take some rest. Parents MUST notify us as least 1 HOUR before the lesson.

• Apart from sickness and emergency absences, students can only take leave ONCE within a month in case of school events or other personal reasons. Parents MUST notify us as least 1 DAY IN ADVANCE (during office hours) 

• No make-up lessons will be arranged for absences without prior notice. 

Rescheduling Lessons

• Please notify as soon as possible and we will try our best to make arrangements if possible.

When Typhoon signal no.8 or above is hoisted

• Classes in progress will suspended immediately.

• All classes will resume in 3 hours after typhoon signal no.8 is cancelled.

When "Black" rainstrom warning signal is hoisted

• Classes in progress will continue until the end of the session.

• All classes will resume in 3 hours after typhoon signal no.8 is cancelled.

• During the promotion period, pre-purchase 12 lessons for a 5% discount, pre-purchase 24 lessons for
  ​a 10% discount. (Hereinafter as "Offers")

• This offer cannot be used with any other discounts, promotional offers, specific items and membership benefits or discounts (unless otherwise stated).

• Spark Studio reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this event at any time. In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision and cannot be overturned.

• If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
