Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)

SPARK STUDIO will collect the personal data from various sources of data subject (person). We respect personal data and are committed to implementing and complying with the data protection principles and the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

  1. Purpose of collecting and keeping personal data.

    • ​Process related operations procedures;

    • Process administrative tasks such as issue of receipt acknowledgements, receipts, payment collection notices, and records, etc.

    • Provide communications related to SPARK STUDIO, providing information such as brochures, regular newsletters, course advertisements, etc.;

    • Organize activities

    • Prepare statistical or data research;

    • Comply with any statutory requirements or laws that bind SPARK STUDIO​

  2. Consequences of failure to provide information.
    The supply of data is voluntary except for those data specified in the data collection form as obligatory. Failure to supply such obligatory data will prevent us from fulfilling the above-mentioned purposes.    ​​

  3. Transfer personal data.
    The personal data collected will be disclosed to the following parties directly related to the above-mentioned data collection purposes:

    • Any unit, agent or other relevant third party who jointly plan related activities with SPARK STUDIO.

    • Agents, contractors, banks or other third parties who provide any administrative, communications or other related services to the company in the scope of work with SPARK STUDIO.

    • Any statutory, governmental or regulatory bodies or institutions for compliance of any statutory requirements or laws that bind SPARK STUDIO.

  4. Access and correct personal data
    In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request the Club to
    access     and correct the personal data about you held by the Company.

    • For access or correction requests, please contact the office specified in the data collection form. In addition, requests in writing can also be made to the following:
